Welcome to Washngo Mobile Detailing! By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Packages

Our service packages outline what is included. Add-ons and services outside the package scope are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon. We offer a satisfaction guarantee, but customers must address any issues directly with the detailer. Washngo Mobile Detailing will work with both parties to facilitate communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes.

2. Booking and Payments

Upfront Payments: All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Reschedules: Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of payment.

Service Agreement: By booking, customers agree to the terms and scope of the selected package.

3. Liability and Disputes

Detailer Responsibility: Independent detailers are solely responsible for completing the work to the agreed-upon standard.

Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, Washngo Mobile Detailing will assist customers in contacting the detailer but is not liable for damages or service issues caused by the detailer.

4. Detailer Relationships

Detailers are required to fulfill bookings and provide high-quality service. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Washngo Mobile Detailing platform.

We reserve the right to terminate relationships with detailers for any violation of terms or unsatisfactory performance.

5. General Terms

Service Availability: Services may be affected by geographic limitations or external factors such as weather.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Florida
